I am an owner of the company PoLabs locating in the Europe and having exclusive licensed rights for production and selling the USB oscilloscope, developed by Sergey Malyk, and all its modifications in the Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, India, South America and other countries except USA, Canada and former USSR countries.

As I recently recognized your web-site allows buying the USB Oscilloscope IRIS (which is the analog of the Sergey Malyk's oscilloscope) from the Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, India, South America and other countries which violates the license agreement made by HobbyLab, LLC and Sergey Malyk on exclusive territorial distribution of the oscilloscope.

With this letter I'm asking you to make territorial limitation on the USB oscilloscope IRIS for your company and your partners.

I would like to get an answer from top-management of your company by 15 April 2008 otherwise I shall need to begin a legal process for the limitation of distribution against you and your partners.

Hello Boris. Everybody needs the chippest osc. thats why it is doesnt matter where you have licenses or not have. Make your device chipper and better and you will win... This company provide us a good osc. with normal price, but everybody waiting for a new version. Vladimir.

Make a good Advetrizing company. And make translation of your instruction to device, because i dont like to read a big documents in english. waiting november!
